The customers can buy products as per details shown in our website. They can also customize certain products with their own logos and colour combinations provided the minimum quantity of each item is 100 Pieces.

While buying the product at our website www.myglobalmart.com simply select the items and proceed as per the directions from the Web Site control. For finishing the purchase you will be directed to CHECKOUT link to view your selection in the Shopping Cart. At this stage you will still have the option to amend or remove any item from the Cart/Shopping Bag. If you have made any changes click the UPDATE link and finish with the CHECKOUT button. You will now be directed to the PERSONAL DETAILS section of the web site (unless you have registered previously), where you will have to register with "GLOBAL MART" as its regular customer. We may inform you that as a regular customer you will be entitled to a variety of services free of cost. These services include regular updates on the products, News letters and many other such important information about the site and the products.
Delivery and After Sales Information :
When you have submitted your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you must have provided while registering or placing order. If you do not receive this confirmation in 24 hours, it will indicate that the email address provided by you is invalid, or your order has not been received. The confirmation e-mail will include the details of the products ordered by you and the total cost of the product excluding the shipping charges. You will also be allotted a unique Order No. which will help you to make any future queries in regard to your purchases. We will check the shipping cost and the availability of stock. Thereafter Proforma Invoice? will be sent to you which will include detailed information of the products along with exact shipping cost, delivery time, payment method etc. You will then be required to release the payment as per the option given by you while placing the order. If the Payment option is through the Pay Pal, you will be asked through an e-mail by the Pay pal to release the payment in their account. Once the payment is received by us you will be dispatched the product which ideally should reach you within 7-14 days.
If you are paying by Cheque, the goods will be dispatched after the amount is credited in our account.
If the items ordered are out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours the exact time of delivery. You may like to ask for the replacement item in lieu of the item ordered. If you wish to proceed with the order you will be required to release the payment as per the payment options given in the confirmatory e-mail. Whatever is your decision, we will request you to intimate to us by e-mail immediately and we will act as per your instructions to send you the product.

Customized Orders:
If you want to customize items from our website with your own logo or colour combination, simply click the Customize option for more details. The minimum quantity required is 100Pc per each item for making customized products. You will also be intimated about the cost of customization if any and other relevant information required by under this option.
Payment Policy.
We accept the following:

• Pay Order/Bankers Draft/Cheques.

You may want to pay by Pay Order/Bankers Draft/ Cheque,. However the goods will be dispatched to you only after receipt of payment (incase of cheques after the cheques are cleared).

You can always find out the latest status of your order from "Your Account" order history. Your order can be in any of the stages given below. The timings given in bracket are from the time you have confirmed your order:

Cancellation Policy.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 24 Hours of placing the order, i.e. up to the Processed Status. We will cancel the order and charge only 15% of the cost received towards the Service Fee. The balance amount will be returned to you as per the process of payment chosen by you. No cancellation charges are levied for such cancellation. Once the items have been dispatched, NO cancellation option will be accepted.
Return Policy
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
You can always return goods if they are damaged or defective. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. If you find any item damaged or faulty, you must inform us within 7 working days after receipt of items. Please advise your Order Reference Number, your e-mail address, a day time contact number and a reason for the return. In case of a damaged, defective or faulty product, please be prepared to provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible for you. All returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging. In the case of damaged items, where the packaging itself is damaged, please include the damaged packaging with the returned product. If the goods are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery to you, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.
Law, Jurisdiction and Language.
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalandhar, India. All contracts are concluded in English.
